The Bible the Jesus Way 3

Session date: Thursday 11th August 2016 Session time: 11:45 am - 12:45 pm Session location: Cromore Session track ,

Not by bread alone. Jesus responded to Satan’s temptation by quoting Deuteronomy, including the words that: “Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God” (Matthew 4:4). How do God’s words sustain our lives and give us strength? What can Jesus’ use of Scripture in the face of temptation teach us? In this seminar, Paul will explore Jesus’ example in His application of and obedience to Scripture. Valerie will then lead a guided study of Matthew 4:1-11, providing you with practical tools to explore God’s word.
