The Bible The Jesus Way 1

Session date: Tuesday 9th August 2016 Session time: 11:45 am - 12:45 pm Session location: Cromore Session track ,

God’s word or our traditions? Jesus challenged religious leaders in His day saying; “you nullify the word of God by your tradition” (Mark 7:13). In what sense can we call the Bible ‘the word of God’? Might we have undermined or neglected Scripture through our own traditions? In this seminar, Paul will explore what Jesus said about the nature and authority of the Old Testament Scriptures and how He authorised the New Testament. Valerie will then lead a guided study of Luke 13:10-17, providing you with practical tools to explore God’s word.
