Christianity is much stranger than you think

Session date: Friday 7th August 2015 Session time: 11:45 am - 12:45 pm Session location: Overflow 2 Session track ,

The astonishing mystery of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Let’s face it, for many people today Christianity appears to be neither particularly ‘good’ nor exactly breaking ‘news’. This seminar is shaped by some big assumptions: that the Christian faith is stranger and more dangerous than we think; and that spiritual renewal begins with being captured and excited afresh by the astonishing mystery of God’s unconditional love for the world displayed in Jesus Christ. This seminar will wrestle with this mystery – its content and implications for our lives. So if you feel like a bit of wrestling, come along and participate!
