Sexuality and Flourishing

With the recent acceleration in the deconstruction of gender, western culture now plays host to a pantheon of different sexual identities, preferences and forms of relationship. Our churches are badly prepared for these new ideologies, lacking both the intellectual resources and apologetic tools to resist the media and cultural elites that stand behind them. Will biblical Christians gradually accommodate to the sexual zeitgeist  – or is the challenge of the revolution about to catalyse a new revival of confidence in the biblical vision for human flourishing?

Glynn Harrison

Glynn is Professor Emeritus of Psychiatry, University of Bristol, UK, where he was also a practicing Consultant Psychiatrist and Chair of the Dept. of Psychiatry.
